We stand behind the quality and durability of every product we sell. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty is a promise to our customers that we are committed to long-term support and satisfaction. This Warranty is transferable only when the new owner submits to OfficeSource proof of the original date of purchase. Any replaced or repaired product shall also remain subject to the original Limited Lifetime Warranty. OS Laminate Collection — Limited Lifetime Warranty Our OS Laminate Collection is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. We guarantee that these products will retain their structural integrity, appearance, and function under normal use. This warranty covers: • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship • Delamination, warping, or cracking under normal office conditions • Finish wear-through under normal office conditions Product Coverage We warrant all products to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser under normal use. If a covered defect arises, we will repair, replace, or refund the product or component, at our discretion. Warranty coverage applies as follows: • OS Laminate Collection and Metal Filing & Storage Solutions — Limited Lifetime Warranty • Seating, Height-Adjustable Tables, LED Lighting, Power Modules, Electronics, and All Other OfficeSource Products — 5-Year Warranty • Plastic Stack Seating — 1-Year Warranty What’s Not Covered While our warranty is fairly comprehensive, there are a few exceptions. The following are not covered by our Warranty: • Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation • Use beyond the intended purpose, including rental use • Unauthorized repairs or modifications • Natural aging or variation in wood, leather, or fabric • Damage occurring after initial delivery, or from improper storage, installation, shipping, accidents, or natural disasters • Chemical abuse (cleaning with non-recommended products or methods, or harsh cleansers and solvents) • Thermal abuse or shock (excessive heat or cold) • Labor or transportation costs • Special order items (covered under the manufacturer’s warranty) Filing a Warranty Claim To file a claim, please provide the following: • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or purchase order number) • Model number and a clear description of the issue • Photos showing the defect, packaging, and factory labels Claims without adequate documentation may be denied. COE Distributing reserves the right to evaluate and determine warranty coverage based on the condition and evidence provided.
