The following are not covered by our Warranty: • Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation • Use beyond the intended purpose, including rental use • Unauthorized repairs or modifications • Natural aging or variation in wood, leather, or fabric • Damage occurring after initial delivery, or from improper storage, installation, shipping, accidents, or natural disasters • Chemical abuse (cleaning with non-recommended products or methods, or harsh cleansers and solvents) • Thermal abuse or shock (excessive heat or cold) • Labor or transportation costs • Special order items (covered under the manufacturer’s warranty) Filing a Warranty Claim To file a claim, please provide the following: • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or purchase order number) • Model number and a clear description of the issue • Photos showing the defect, packaging, and factory labels Claims without adequate documentation may be denied. COE Distributing reserves the right to evaluate and determine warranty coverage based on the condition and evidence provided.
